A cross between a European carving knife and a Japanese Gyuto knife. A modern take on two classic styles of knives. Handmade with a 6”Jarrah and olive handle and a 9" High Carbon Steel blade forged by hand in fire.
I’m still finishing this knife, so I’m labelling it as a work-in-progress. It’s my first attempt at this hybrid and I’m loving it. It’ll be finished very soon.
